Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days since your order is delivered, if 15 days have passed since your order was delivered unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and proof of return.

We cannot guarantee the reception of your return since your package may be lost in transit by the shipping company or hold in customs in that case we will not be responsible for making any refund.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to our warehouse in China.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you want to exchange your order for another size please contact us at whateveryouneed98@gmail.com to offer you a faster exchange than a normal return.

Please contact us for the returns address to China.

Please do not use DHL to return your order, you can use Royal Mail or USPS to ensure your order has a better chance of being returned correctly, the return cost can exceed £20. 

You must use a trackable shipping service, then send us the tracking number as soon as possible.

We recommend putting a note with your name and order number inside the package to facilitate the return process.

Exchanges

To avoid problems with the respective shoe sizes, it is recommended to review the size guide that we have in our "frequently asked questions" section or in the description tab of each product.
