 FREE SHIPPING*

    • Shipping is worldwide.
    • Please allow 1-3 days for handling.
    • Please allow 7-15 working days to receive your order, not including handling time. 
    • Please note, that during Holiday periods, shipping times may increase significantly, due to system volume. 
    • If ordering multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another.
    • *Except USA, Shipping cost is 10$ due to new regulations. 

TRACKING

  • All items are shipped with a tracking number.
  • If you have a question about tracking a particular order, please contact us by email or Instagram chat @1991whateveron.

*Please do not send more than one message, as this back-logs customer service response time. We will let you know when your order(s) is shipped. 

As intermediaries, our products do not pass through us, we order them directly from our supplier located in China and they are sent to your homes.

Any problem or delay in shipping does not depend on us, it is a matter of the customs of the countries and the courier companies.

.CUSTOMS

Unfortunately, the European customs agency performs random checks on packages imported into European countries. If you are one of that 1% who received your package during a review, the shipping company will have had to pay the amount required by customs to be able to pick up your package, an amount that you must pay to deliver it. We are not legally responsible for this payment, it is established that the buyer will face it.

The import payment is usually 8 euros with VAT at the time of delivery.

If the package is rejected or not picked up by the recipient, we will not be responsible for the shipping, return and customs costs and they will be deducted from the corresponding refund once the order arrives back at our warehouse
